Re-imagining the classic tale for 21st Century, 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea takes viewers on the journey of teenager Ned as he plunges into a world of adventure aboard the submarine Nautilus commanded by the mysterious Captain Nemo. The thrilling 3D adventure ride features cues for popular 4D effects such as water splashes, wind blasts and bubbles. 3D fish swim out of the screen, bubbles fill the auditorium and viewers will feel the deck of the Nautilus jolt and shake when it is attacked by a giant squid.   Penguin Ice Adventure - NOW OPEN Our brand new under-water Ice Adventure has arrived! Come face-to-face with a colony of Gentoo Penguins and adventure in to the rarely seen Antarctic landscape. You can marvel at the cheeky antics of our new feathered friends, as they dive beneath the freezing waters and play in their icy home. With indoor temperatures of 8 degrees Celsius you’ll need to wrap up warm, although the playful penguins will feel right at home. Hear the unmistakable trumpeting sound of the Gentoo and learn about their quirky antics. Touch the iced environment that the penguins call home and give your best imitations of a penguin waddle. Our penguins, which are classified as near-threatened on the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) Red List, will travel half the way around the world to play and swim in their brand new, specially built home.

From your starting point by Edinburgh Castle, you head out of the city to the charming village of Roslin, making your first stop at one of Scotland’s most extraordinary buildings - Rosslyn Chapel*. The Chapel’s worldwide fame increased thanks to Dan Brown’s bestselling novel ‘The Da Vinci Code’. Described as the “Library in Stone”, the inside walls of Rosslyn Chapel are adorned with thousands of ancient carvings, each with a story of its own. You can also learn of the myths and legends surrounding the chapel, including tales of the Knights Templar.  Leaving Rosslyn you will continue into the heart of the Scottish Borders, an area rich in hills, valleys, rivers and moorland, as well as being the traditional home to Scottish rugby. Next travel to the historic town of Melrose, birthplace of the game of Rugby Sevens and location of Melrose Abbey, founded in 660 AD, and said to be the burial place of the casket containing the heart of Robert the Bruce. Here you stop for lunch and have free time to explore Melrose and its Abbey*.  On your return journey, you will travel via the village of St. Boswells and pause for a photo stop at Scott’s View, where you can enjoy glorious scenic views overlooking the valley of the River Tweed, reputed to be one of the favourite beauty spots of the famous Scottish author, Sir Walter Scott. The journey north takes you to Pencaitland, where you will visit the charming Glenkinchie Distillery*, one of the few Lowland whisky distilleries in Scotland.  Here you can enjoy “a tour and a taste”, learn more about “the water of life” and sample some of Glenkinchie’s finest malts. ITINERARY : 06:30  - Depart Dublin from Suffolk Street by the Molly Malone statue 10:00  - Game Of Thrones – Dark Hedges 11:00  - Traverse the Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge 12:30  - Lunch 13:30  - Giant’s Causeway UNESCO Heritage site 15:15  - Dunluce Castle tour ( self-guided )  - As seen in Game of Thrones 19:45  - Arrive back in Dublin You depart early morning from Dublin heading North. We will have a comfort break on the way and then head into the Northern Irish countryside. Along the drive you will visit the Dark hedges, a picturesque tree-lined road that looks as if it comes straight out of a story book. The Dark Hedges represents the King’s Road in the famous television series “Game of Thrones” and is an avenue of beech trees with branches hanging over the road.. Next we visit and cross Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge which connects a 23m-deep and 20m-wide chasm between the mainland and a small island that has been used over the years by fishermen to place netting to capture migrating salmon.  Following a 20 minute scenic cliff walk, you can traverse the bridge to the island with its abundance of birdlife, and to enjoy the spectacular coastal views from a different vantage point. After lunch it is time for The Giants Causeway which is the highlight of the trip . This UNESCO World Heritage site consists of a series of over 40,000 hexagonal shaped rocks that looks like a grand set of stairs leading into the sea, the formation of which has been astounding generations. These awe-inspiring stones have resulted in inspiring many a myth and stories surrounding their origin, some of which your guide will just to be happy tell you in full technicolour! After the amazing Giants Causeway we continue to the spectacular Dunluce Castle, precariously perched on Cliffside , once home of the notorious McDonnell clan! This tour includes a self guided tour of Dunluce where you will get an insight to its fascinating history and the peerless family who owned it. Finally, you will arrive back in Dublin at around dinner time to reminisce about your northern adventure.

Two ways to see the Shotover River Canyons combined in one great day out! Imagine being suspended upside down staring directly at the canyon floor waiting to fall from a cliff edge 109m above. At a scare rating of 5 underpants the ‘Gimp Boy Goes to Hollywood’ jump style is one of the Shotover Canyon Swings dare devil jumps. With over 70 jump styles available you can choose your style and your underpants rating (from 1 to 5) and get that pulse racing! Take to the water with a rafting trip down the Shotover River which passes underneath the Shotover Canyon Swing before finishing by rafting through the 170m long Oxenbridge Tunnel and splashing out the end with Cascade rapid.
