Debuting on July 10, the World Trade Center exhibit is a perfect scale model of the New York City complex, assembled from more than 470,000 matchsticks. Standing at 17 feet tall, the wooden wonder was created by artist Patrick Acton of Gladbrook, Iowa.
Set against a graffiti-like back-drop created by the renowned New York-based art collective Tats Cru, the “Fastest Tour of New York” takes place in just 16 steps down a staircase, immersing visitors in the real sounds of the City, from the Bronx to Wall Street.
Guests can add their heads to Ripley’s prized collection of shrunken heads with the new Amazonian Makeover exhibit. Guests simply take their picture at a special kiosk, shrink their head down to the size of a human fist and accessorize with hair, bones and war paint. Images can then be sent to a phone via text or personal email address for further sharing on social media channels.
The new “Recollections” room allows guests to see their dance moves projected and repeated in a rainbow of florescent colors on an over-sized screen.

There are keeper talks and feeding times so you can learn more about the animals, get a closer look and your questions answered. You can also feed the friendly Kangaroos and pose for photos with them in the Kangaroo exhibit.

Please note that the weather on the seafront can be changeable and, as the boarding deck is outdoors, customers should be prepared with wind or rain proof clothing. Pod flights depart every 30 minutes and each flight lasts approximately 25 minutes (including boarding and disembarking).   Afternoon Tea Enjoy sea-views whilst indulging in a delicious spread of sweet and savoury treats at the West Beach Bar & Kitchen. (situated in the BAi360 beach building) Each Afternoon Tea serves four finger sandwiches, two scones (one fruit and one plain) and an assortment of freshly made mini patisseries. You also receive a bottomless hot drink and can choose from a selection of Camellia’s teas, coffee or hot chocolate. Sandwich fillings are inspired by the seasons, and options include ham hock and wholegrain mustard, cheddar cheese and homemade chutney, free range egg mayo and even locally sourced smoked salmon and cream cheese.
