Multi award winning Ocean Rafting visits the “Wild Side” of the Whitsunday Islands, the uninhabited islands with beautiful natural scenery brimming with marine, bird and animal life. There are two exciting tour options, the Northern Exposure and Southern Lights. Each Ocean Rafting day offers three days in one, including an exhilarating ride to Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet, pristine snorkelling reefs and guided Whitsunday Island National Parks walks. Ocean Rafting offers the ultimate access to the stunning and iconic Hill Inlet beach and special snorkel sites at Hook Island and Border Island ensure a memorable underwater experience. The semi rigid inflatable vessels are super fast allowing guests to experience a fun ride, adventure and education amongst the natural beauty of the Whitsundays. 32 passengers at most allows for personal snorkelling lessons and the pleasure of a small group. A buffet style lunch is served at the beach with plenty of time to swim in the turquoise ocean or just relax on the silica white sand. Ocean Rafting has been operating since 1997 and is proud to have special permits allowing its vessels to visit protected areas in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The Skipper and Eco Host will ensure guests have a fun filled adventure and personalised service with snorkel lessons and a guided National Park walk in the Whitsunday Islands. Koalas Conservation Centre The Koala Conservation Centre offers a range of family friendly activities and opportunities to explore the native bush and see Australian wildlife.  • Wander the two tree top boardwalks for superb up-close koala viewing.        - Tree Top Koala Boardwalk: 800m loop – 20 minutes – easy        - Tree Top Woodland Boardwalk: 600m loop – 20 minutes – easy • Explore the six hectares of Australian bushland on the easily accessible trails. • Lookout for wallabies, echidnas and colourful native birds. • Uncover the amazing lives of koalas with the interactive displays in the new visitor centre. • Learn more about what community groups like the Friends of Koalas or Barb Martin Bushbank are doing to help local wildlife. Penguins Viewing Tiered seating in the General Viewing stands overlooking Summerland Beach. Churchill Island Churchill Island Heritage Farm offers a range of daily farming activities and walks around the island close to internationally recognised wetlands. EcoBoat Adventure Tour Enjoy an up close encounter with one of Australia’s largest colonies of fur seals and see these amazing marine mammals in their natural environment. Experience the fun and adventure of a high speed 90 minute boat ride along Phillip Island’s spectacular coastline before pulling in to a protected inlet to see the seals and their antics. Naturally curious and playful, the seals come to greet the boat and check out its occupants, all the while putting on an amazing and amusing show as they duck their heads in and out of the water a play a game of leap-frog with each other. See the Nobbies sea-cave, shaped by centuries of pounding wave action, and visible only from the water. There’s enough time for a stop at the Cat Bay National Surfing Reserve, famous for its longboard break, before your experienced captain puts the EcoBoat through its paces with a bit of wave-running. Your tour concludes as you pull in at the jetty in plenty of time to make it to the sunset viewing at the Penguin Parade.

Catamaran Cruises sail out from Cambrils harbour twice a day and offer the opportunity to see the coastlines and beautiful beaches of the Costa Darauda whilst out at sea. Meet new friends & enjoy the sights whilst relaxing & soaking up the sun and having fun. The best bit is when the sailing stops and the fun begins. Watch as the men jump in the water to the cries of ‘Tsunami’ as the waves splash anyone near to them. This is when great friendships can be struck up as the children and the adults splash about in the sea. If you want to stay on board this is the perfect opportunity to sunbathe but make sure you have plenty of sun cream as the sun can be deceiving, particularly with the sea breeze! From your starting point by Edinburgh Castle, you head out of the city to the charming village of Roslin, making your first stop at one of Scotland’s most extraordinary buildings - Rosslyn Chapel*. The Chapel’s worldwide fame increased thanks to Dan Brown’s bestselling novel ‘The Da Vinci Code’. Described as the “Library in Stone”, the inside walls of Rosslyn Chapel are adorned with thousands of ancient carvings, each with a story of its own. You can also learn of the myths and legends surrounding the chapel, including tales of the Knights Templar.  Leaving Rosslyn you will continue into the heart of the Scottish Borders, an area rich in hills, valleys, rivers and moorland, as well as being the traditional home to Scottish rugby. Next travel to the historic town of Melrose, birthplace of the game of Rugby Sevens and location of Melrose Abbey, founded in 660 AD, and said to be the burial place of the casket containing the heart of Robert the Bruce. Here you stop for lunch and have free time to explore Melrose and its Abbey*.  On your return journey, you will travel via the village of St. Boswells and pause for a photo stop at Scott’s View, where you can enjoy glorious scenic views overlooking the valley of the River Tweed, reputed to be one of the favourite beauty spots of the famous Scottish author, Sir Walter Scott. The journey north takes you to Pencaitland, where you will visit the charming Glenkinchie Distillery*, one of the few Lowland whisky distilleries in Scotland.  Here you can enjoy “a tour and a taste”, learn more about “the water of life” and sample some of Glenkinchie’s finest malts.
