Debuting on July 10, the World Trade Center exhibit is a perfect scale model of the New York City complex, assembled from more than 470,000 matchsticks. Standing at 17 feet tall, the wooden wonder was created by artist Patrick Acton of Gladbrook, Iowa.
Set against a graffiti-like back-drop created by the renowned New York-based art collective Tats Cru, the “Fastest Tour of New York” takes place in just 16 steps down a staircase, immersing visitors in the real sounds of the City, from the Bronx to Wall Street.
Guests can add their heads to Ripley’s prized collection of shrunken heads with the new Amazonian Makeover exhibit. Guests simply take their picture at a special kiosk, shrink their head down to the size of a human fist and accessorize with hair, bones and war paint. Images can then be sent to a phone via text or personal email address for further sharing on social media channels.
The new “Recollections” room allows guests to see their dance moves projected and repeated in a rainbow of florescent colors on an over-sized screen.

Excursión de medio día por Barcelona que le permitirá descubrir la historia de la ciudad mientras visita algunos de los lugares más importantes de una manera cómoda y fácil. La primera parte de la visita consiste en un tour guiado a pie por las calles pequeñas y estrechas del Barrio Gótico, la parte más antigua de la ciudad. Durante esta visita, verá Las Ramblas, la Plaza de la Catedral, La Catedral, el Antiguo Barrio Judío, entre otros lugares interesantes. Se le dará tiempo libre para visitar la Catedral por su cuenta. Más tarde tomarán el autobús para comenzar con un tour panorámico por el resto de la ciudad. Pasarán por el elegante Passeig de Gràcia, donde se encuentran dos de los edificios más importantes de Gaudí (Casa Batlló y Casa Milà “La Pedrera”), el Arco del Triunfo, la Villa Olímpica y el Puerto Olímpico. En la siguiente parte de la visita se accede a la Montaña de Montjuic. Este es un lugar importante porque fue el escenario principal de los Juegos Olímpicos en 1992. Verán el estadio olímpico desde el autobús y luego tendrán la oportunidad de disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas de la ciudad en el tranvía aéreo (sujeto a las condiciones climáticas). La siguiente parada es la visita al Castillo de Montjuïc. Sus orígenes se remontan a 1640, siendo la fortaleza más antigua de la ciudad. Durante los siglos ha sido una torre de vigilancia, un calabozo, un centro de ejecución y, sobre todo, un punto de vista ideal para saber qué está pasando. Hoy en día, ofrece un paisaje incomparable, una imagen panorámica de 360º de Barcelona. Recorra el agitado pasado de Barcelona y disfrute de las vistas más privilegiadas de la ciudad. Al final, de regreso al autobús, de regreso al centro de la ciudad pasarán por la plaza Espanya, donde podrá admirar las mágicas fuentes, las torres gemelas venecianas, el MNAC y el centro comercial Las Arenas, construido en un antigua plaza de toros. Llegada a la plaza Catalunya y terminando el tour frente al Hard Rock Café, a solo cinco minutos a pie de la oficina de Julià Travel.

A Midsummer Night’s dream Afternoon Tea inspired by scenes from the play, guests will be able to enjoy a collection of sweet and savory delights, many of which can be traced back to the food and characters seen in the play itself.  Visitors to the exhibition can discover how shows were produced in the theatres of Shakespeare's time, from writing and rehearsals to music, dance and performance. There are opportunities to learn about the traditional crafts and techniques used during the process of rebuilding the Globe; to find out how special effects were produced in Shakespeare's time, to listen to recordings from some of the most memorable Shakespearean performances ever, or join the cast and add your own voice to a scene recorded by Globe actors; to create your own Shakespearean phrases in the word jungle; to watch a sword-fighting display and browse the costume collection, where you can learn about the extraordinary methods used in creating clothes 400 years ago. A visit to the Exhibition includes a guided tour of the theatre where expert guide-storytellers provide fascinating half hour tours of the auditorium, taking visitors on a journey through time back to Elizabethan London as well as the reconstruction process of the 1980's-90's and how the wooden 'o' works today as an imaginative and experimental theatrical space. Belfast Harbour's origins date back to 1613 when a Royal Charter for the incorporation of Belfast specified the need for a wharf at the confluence of the rivers Lagan and Farset in what is modern-day Belfast’s High Street. By the early 18th century Belfast had replaced Carrickfergus as the most important port in Ulster. In the 19th century work commenced to improve navigation and this created the Victoria Channel. The Harbour now has the longest deepwater quay in Ireland at 1 kilometre in length with a draught of 10.2 metres. Belfast shipbuilding was at the heart of the local industry building ships for the White Star Line, including Titanic. Today SS Nomadic, Titanic’s little sister, is the only surviving White Star Line Ship.SS Nomadic was built on slipway Number 1 at Harland and Wolff and was launched on 25th April 1911. Nomadic has been restored to her original 1911 glory and is back home in Belfast. During World War II the Port of Belfast was used by the Royal Navy as the home base for many of the ships that escorted Atlantic and Russian convoys including Captain-class frigates of the 3rd Escort Group.
