Pasarán por el elegante Passeig de Gràcia, donde se encuentran dos de los edificios más importantes de Gaudí (Casa Batlló y Casa Milà “La Pedrera”), el Arco del Triunfo, la Villa Olímpica y el Puerto Olímpico. En la siguiente parte de la visita se accede a la Montaña de Montjuic. Este es un lugar importante porque fue el escenario principal de los Juegos Olímpicos en 1992. Verán el estadio olímpico desde el autobús y luego tendrán la oportunidad de disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas de la ciudad en el tranvía aéreo (sujeto a las condiciones climáticas). La siguiente parada es la visita al Castillo de Montjuïc. Sus orígenes se remontan a 1640, siendo la fortaleza más antigua de la ciudad. Durante los siglos ha sido una torre de vigilancia, un calabozo, un centro de ejecución y, sobre todo, un punto de vista ideal para saber qué está pasando. Hoy en día, ofrece un paisaje incomparable, una imagen panorámica de 360º de Barcelona. Recorra el agitado pasado de Barcelona y disfrute de las vistas más privilegiadas de la ciudad. Al final, de regreso al autobús, de regreso al centro de la ciudad pasarán por la plaza Espanya, donde podrá admirar las mágicas fuentes, las torres gemelas venecianas, el MNAC y el centro comercial Las Arenas, construido en un antigua plaza de toros. Llegada a la plaza Catalunya y terminando el tour frente al Hard Rock Café, a solo cinco minutos a pie de la oficina de Julià Travel.

From Edinburgh you will travel west, passing the imposing Stirling Castle, high on its volcanic rock, and on to a visit at Doune Castle* (which featured in the cult movie ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’). From there journey into the Highlands, past Loch Lubnaig and up through impressive Glen Ogle, a steep glen that stretches for 7 miles, stopping nearby for lunch and beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. After lunch venture further into the Highlands, stopping to view one of the most photographed castles in Scotland, Kilchurn Castle, nestled on the banks of beautiful Loch Awe and stunningly framed by the surrounding mountains. You will then journey to Inveraray, a small quaint town built in the mid-18th century on the shore of Loch Fyne. Here we have time to explore the town and pick up some Highland souvenirs or pay an optional visit to Inveraray Castle*, the historic home of the Duke of Argyll, chief of the Clan Campbell, which is set in large beautiful gardens overlooking Loch Fyne. You then start your homeward journey, driving over the Arrochar Alps, an attractive range of mountains, with a brief pause near the top of the Rest and Be Thankful Pass. A little later we reach enchanting Loch Lomond, where you can stop at the pretty lochside village of Luss before returning to Edinburgh. *OPTIONAL EXTRA. The boat departs from the old port of Fira and heads towards the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, which lies just 10 minutes away from the bay of Fira. The boat will remain there for 1 hour 15 mins. This gives you plenty of time to walk up to the volcano’s active craters and take photos- it takes about 20 mins. It is worth reaching the top to experience the smoke evaporating and the sulfur's intense smell, when you scratch the volcano’s surface. The next stop is the island of Palaia Kameni where the Hot Springs are located. The boat anchors a few meters outside the small bay of Agios Nikolaos, it lowers down a ladder in the water and you will have 30 mins for a revitalising swim! You can swim a distance of about 30 meters into the famous mud baths of Palaia Kameni which are believed to have beneficial abilities for skin and other diseases. The water temperature is 30-35 degrees Celsius, but it is constantly mixed with sea water. The island of Thirassia is the next destination of your sailing tour, where you will have 2 hours free time to swim in the crystal waters of Korfos or to taste the local dishes in one of the traditional taverns.You can walk or take a donkey ride to the nearby picturesque village of Manolas with its narrow streets - the view from there to Santorini is definitely worth a visit. The journey reaches its peak at Oia. During the boat ride to the port of Oia, you will experience sailing near the volcanic cliffs for a chance to capture with your camera the unique landscape. At the port, you will disembark and you will go up the 275 steps or ride a donkey to meet your bus that will take you to the village of Oia. There you will have free time to walk through the narrow streets, take pictures of the mesmerizing scenery and watch the famous sunset. Right after the sunset the bus will take you back to Fira Central Square.
