Dynamisches Podcast-Mikrofon Das PodMic wurde speziell für Sprachaufnahmen mit dem RØDECaster Pro entwickelt (im Menü des RØDECaster Pro findet sich bereits ein optimal passendes Preset, welches sich blitzschnell anwählen lässt). Dank seines ganz normalen dreipoligen XLR-Anschlusses eignet es sich aber auch hervorragend für den Einsatz in Rundfunk-, Hörspiel- und Synchronstudios. Das schwere Sprechermikrofon (937 g) hat eine professionelle dynamische Nierenkapsel und eine eigene Schwenkhalterung, mit der es an einem Tischstativ (DS1) oder Schwenkarm (PSA1) befestigt und dann bequem zum Sprecher hin ausgerichtet werden kann. Man kann getrost auf den Einsatz einer Spinne verzichten: die Mikrofonkapsel selbst ist elastisch aufgehängt und die Schwenkhalterung intern vom Korpus entkoppelt, sodass man keinerlei Probleme mit Körperschall - z.B. vom Arbeitstisch übertragen - bekommt. Das Procaster wird von vorne besprochen, ein Abstand von ca. 3 bis 8 cm ist dabei optimal. Als dynamisches Mikrofon ist das PodMic bedeutend unempfindlicher als ein Kondensatormikrofon, ideal also für Studios und Sprecherräume, die mit Umgebungsgeräuschen und/oder einer ungünstigen Raumakustik zu kämpfen haben. Klanglich und mit seinem Frequenzgang von 50 Hz - 13 kHz ist das PodMic perfekt auf Sprachübertragung abgestimmt: detailreich, voll, seidig, ausgewogen und immer angenehm zum Hören.
