Important information before your arrival at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London:   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your tickets. Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 18 years or older to play the maze. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze. PLEASE NOTE: if you select a date before 27th January 2019 Crystal Maze is located in Angel, near the underground station (Northern Line, Zone 1)  PLEASE NOTE: if you select a visit date from April 2019 onwards Crystal Maze will be located next in Piccadilly Circus near the underground station ( Bakerloo & Piccadilly Lines, Zone 1)

LANGUAGES: English and Spanish The tour begins at 09:00 am from the center of Bilbao to direct us along the right bank of the river and leaving the other side of the estuary the industrial towns of Barakaldo, Sestao and Portugalete. Once in Getxo, we reach the famous Hanging Bridge, where we make a brief stop for who wants to climb on it from above has breathtaking views magnificence cas. We travel to pass through the imposing Castle Butron with 45 meters high and Mungia. From here we head for the coast to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, beautiful chapel clinging to a rock and surrounded by the sea. We will continue along the coast to the typical fishing village of Bermeo, where we stop to visit. Then get up the coast to Mundaka, where we can enjoy its beauty and magnificence cas delight with views of the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai. We followed the trail to reach the emblematic town of Gernika and visit its famous Opera House and Tree Boards. Back to Bilbao Bizkaia inside with beautiful scenery and return to your hotel about 14:00

Briefing/Training: The flight instructor will instruct you about the process of the flight, as well as the rules and safety standards. You will be shown flying postures to acquire during the flight. A quick video will be played to first time flyers in addition to the training from the instructor. Gear Up: The flight instructor will give the you all the flying gear necessary and show you how to properly use it. Flight: At the beginning, the flight instructor will help you to get adjusted to the wind flow. When you are accustomed to it, the instructor will help you safely fly in the wind stream. If you can fly well, the instructor will rise with you in the air up to 10 feet in height. Flight Options • Taste of Flight: 1 flight – Equivalent to 3-12,000 skydives • Jungle Adventure: 2 flights – Equivalent to 6-12,000 skydives • Great Jungle Adventure: 3 flights – Equivalent to 9-12,000 skydives RESTRICTIONS & SAFETY You can fly if you are at least 3 years old, max. weight 285 lbs., shorter than 6’8”. Previous preparation and experience are not required. All flight equipment will be provided. Customer must follow instructor’s rules and guidance. Both the wind tunnel security features and the flight instructor will keep you safe. You cannot fly if you have severe joint injuries or fractures, have injuries restricting the movement of your back or other places, are pregnant, have epilepsy, are under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs. Rain, snow, or wind will not interfere with the flights. Flights will only be cancelled during a thunderstorm

iFLY welcome flyers from 3 to 103. If you have reasonable health and fitness you can fly. But do check the criteria below before you purchase tickets. There are a few exceptions: Flyers must be over 3 years of age. Participants must weigh less than 300 pounds. Participants who weigh between 260 and 300 pounds must bring this to the attention of an iFLY representative as additional restrictions and instructor scheduling limitations may apply. Women who are pregnant should not fly. TANDEM SKYDIVE Your cruise to altitude will give you breathtaking scenes over the Grand Canyon, the jump door will be opened and you get to the moment when its your turn to jump out attached to your experienced USPA qualified instructor. You will exit the aircraft at jump altitude, and feel the wind in your face as your instructor stabilizes your free fall, the canopy opens and you can take the time to enjoy the surreal experience of the flight swooping back down to earth. Our professional video editing staff will put together the best shots to the music of your choice (a selection of music will be available). At Paragon we offer you the chance to pull your own tandem parachute and fly it, all with the safety of your tandem instructor behind you. You will be given training on the ground on the procedures of pulling the parachute and steering methods before taking to the sky to experience this thrill. Please note that you will be attached to your tandem instructor the entire time and flying the parachute is only possible for a portion of your flight, the USPA qualified tandem instructors will take over to complete the descent and landing and may need to take over due to weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances.
