Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 18 years or older to play the maze. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

London Bridge Experience & London Tombs There are recreations of the past wooden, stone and medieval bridges, all of which include live characters in full regalia of the time. Join in the fun, have a laugh and learn some of London's gruesome history at the same time. Of course we also do our best to add a few surprises along the way; so be sure to be ready for them! Then travel through the Terror Time Tunnel to emerge in the present and if you're feeling brave you can choose to face your fears and descend into in the former plague pit; the London Tombs where a few more surprises will chill your bones. It's a thrilling experience using the latest in Hollywood style wizardry and our marvellous real life characters guiding you through the ages on the bridge. Get ready to be entertained and amazed at what you will see. The London Bridge Experience and London Tombs understands that not everyone understands English, so to enhance the visitor experience the attraction has introduced Multilingual Audio Guides in 6 languages to cater for its growing number of international visitors. The London Bridge Experience will still be an interactive experience with live actors entertaining its visitor but the audio guides will mean all guests will leave having engaged in the 2000 years of the history at the world’s most famous, and most haunted bridge. Feel the ground shake as you march in Queen Boudicca’s army, discover the gruesome fate of Tudor traitors, sneak through the dark streets of Victorian London and follow in the footsteps of Jack the Ripper.   Arcelormittal Orbit  Zoom high into the clouds and explore London’s famous skyline from the top of the ArcelorMittal Orbit – UK’s tallest sculpture. Enjoy a breath-taking panorama of up to 20 miles across London through stunning floor to ceiling windows before experiencing the city’s landmarks from the outside observation walkway suspended 262ft above the ground. Discover sights including Wembley Stadium, St Paul’s Cathedral and Canary Wharf and get a bird’s eye view of the iconic venues of London 2012. The Slide Are you brave enough to ride the twists, turns and drops of the world’s tallest and longest tunnel slide? Die Highlights des Kensington Palace Die „Cabinet of Curiosities“ ist eine exklusive Sammlung von Gegenständen aus aller Welt, die von Queen Caroline zusammengetragen wurde. Die Queen's Gallery ist ein heller, luftiger Raum, indem Queen Mary ihren Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie Lesen oder Handarbeiten nachkommen konnte. Die prächtigen Königlichen Staatsunterkünfte prächtigen Zimmer, jedes größer als das letzte. Die großzügigen Zimmer der königlichen Staatsunterkünfte (King’s State Appartment) werden durch das beeindruckende King's Staircase verbunden. Das Treppenhaus mit Freskengemälden aus dem 18. Jahrhundert wurde von King Georg in Auftrag gegeben und führte Minister und Botschafter zum König in das Empfangszimmer (Presence Chamber) des Königs. Die King's Staircase ist die erste Verbindung zu den Zimmern, aus denen die King's State Apartments bestehen. All die Großen und Guten des georgianischen Londons wären diese Treppen hochgeklettert, um den König zu besuchen. Mit römischen Säulen, Mamorbüsten und elfenbeinfarbenen Wänden in ist die 1704 erbaute Orangerie ein weiteres Highlight bei der Tor durch das Kensington Palace. Gönnen Sie sich einen Augenblick der Ruhe in den prächtigen Schlossgärten, bevor Sie sich zurück in den Großstadtdschungel zurückkehren. Die Gärten waren über 100 Jahre Teil des Hyde Park und würden 1689 gründeten als Schossgärten vom übrigen Park getrennt und nach holländischem Vorbild mit Blumenbeeten und Buchsbaumhecken umgestaltet. König William, der aus Holland stammte, zu sollte sich so zu Hause fühlen. Die versunkenen Gärten (Sunken Gardens)– angelegt im Jahre 1908 – mit ihren klassischen Proportionen rufen stechen als Teil der Kensington Gardens hervor. Eine geschwungene Laube aus roter Linde mit bogenförmigen Sichtfenstern umgibt die versunkenen Gärten (Cradle Walk).
