Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. Players must be 18+ years. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

Station Jardin des Plantes / Cité de la Mode: Station was moved to the foot of the Cité de la Mode, just 10 minutes walk from its original location.. Hotel de Ville: Close to Pont d'Arcole. The City Hall stop leads to the richness and contrasts of the Marais district and the Pompidou Centre. Louvre: Between Pont Royal and Pont du Carrousel. Reveals a quarter where history and history of art are one. Champs-Elysées: Close to Pont Alexandre III. Mythical Paris-the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais and Avenue Montaigne. Beaugrenelle: located in the 15th arrondissement, open daily from 10:00 to 20:45. A district placed under the sign of relaxation and shopping.

Lugar de salida: El antiguo puerto de Fira. Solo se puede acceder al puerto en: En teleférico: es perfectamente seguro, consta de 6 vagones y tiene capacidad para 6 personas por vagón. Durante la temporada alta (abril-octubre) sale cada 20 minutos. Las entradas individuales cuestan 5 € para adultos y 2,50 € para niños. A pie: tendrá que caminar por los famosos 600 escalones de la carretera tradicional que conecta el puerto viejo con la ciudad de Fira. El descenso demora entre 20 y 30 minutos, dependiendo de su condición física. En burro: los burros solían ser el medio de transporte tradicional de la isla. Suben y bajan con frecuencia al antiguo puerto de Fira. Un solo viaje cuesta alrededor de 5 € por persona y dura unos 20 minutos. La mayoría de la gente prefiere subir al burro.
